1. Can I order any less than 75 cards?

Our printing company helps us sell a superior product while still keeping our prices low, however, at this time, 75 is the minimum print run that they will fulfill. Other websites that have lower minimum orders are often 2 to 3 times our price per card, costing you the same or more in the long run.

2. How do I choose one of the designs on your site?

You choose the design you would like AFTER you pay for your order on our order page. Once you've made your secure credit card payment on Paypal you are automatically forwarded to our online order form where you can choose which design you would like as well as color, font, wording and more. This is also when you upload the photo you would like on your card.

3. I paid for photo cards, but accidentally closed the order form page before I was finished... how do I get back there?

4. I don't have a digital photo, can I still order one of your designs?

We can reconfigure any of our designs without a photo, if you'd just like to keep things simple. If you have a printed photograph and are unsure of how to digitize it, you can physically mail it to us and we'll scan it and mail it back to you for free. Let us know in an email and we'll get you our address.

5. How long will it take to get my order?

After placing your order and emailing us your photo and customization requests, we design your card within 2 business days. After that, we pay for priority printing so that your cards are printed within 24 hours. They are then shipped via UPS ground (for free) from one of several printing locations around the country. Cards are printed and shipped from the location closest to you, so even though they are shipped UPS ground, they arrive FAST, sometimes in 2 business days. Often, even though our cards are designed and printed on demand, you will have them in your hands within a week of purchase. If you have ordered cards and it has been more than a week since we said we were sending them to the printer, email us at StellaStarDesigns@gmail.com and we'll get to the bottom of things.

6. Do you put your logo on your photo cards like other sites?

We do prefer to put a small "hallmark" on the back of our cards, but we will not include it at your request. Just let us know when you order your cards. Our logo helps us get the word out in the same way it helps greeting card companies get their word out, which helps us keep our prices low. It also makes the cards look more complete than a completely blank back.

7. Can I get a certain design for a different announcement than the section it is in?

ALL of our designs are available for ANY kind of announcement. If you want one of our baby announcement designs for a first birthday party invitation, we can do it. If you want one of our Save the Date designs for an anniversary or graduation or bridal shower invite, you have complete control over the photo and words on your card.
