Unique Photo Cards (Commissioned Designs)
Not sure which form you should be filling out? The "Custom Photo Card" form is for customizing one of the designs available on our site in any way you'd like. The "Unique Photo Card" form is for ordering a design with original artwork that does not yet exist on our site whatsoever. Please note that the "Unique" cards are slightly more expensive because of the original artwork we create for you ourselves, so make sure that you paid for "Unique Photo Cards" through Paypal before completing the "Unique" form. If you meant to order a "Unique" design but accidentally did not, email us at StellaStarDesigns@gmail.com and we'll straighten things out.
