Unique Photo Cards with Original Artwork - Order Form (Commissioned Designs)

Due to the completely tailored nature of our commissioned designs, we like to work one on one through e-mail, so please send all of your answers in an e-mail, with the photos or logos you would like to appear on your cards attached, to StellaStarDesigns@gmail.com

There is no need to paste or write the questions themselves into your e-mail, just make sure that you number your answers in relation to the questions.

If you paid for "Custom" Photo Cards based on one of our pre-existing designs, you'll want to fill out the Custom Photo Cards form.

The Questions

1.What is the name or email address you used in Paypal to place your order?

To verify that we have received your payment.

2.Tell us a little bit about what you are looking for in your design.

What kind of artwork would you like? Or is it a striped pattern? Or is it a specific flower? Go into detail, if you'd like. We will do our best to recreate your vision.

3.Which design (if any) on our site most closely resembles the type of layout you are looking for?

The names of our designs are featured at the top of their pages, directly under the large image of the design.

3.Which color(s) would you like us to work with?

You can give us the name of any colors on our site or... If you have a very specific color you are trying to match, attach an image of something you are matching and we'll make the match exact.

4.Which design on our site has the font you would like us to use?

Or what type of font are you looking for? You can also attach a font to your e-mail.

5.Would you like your cards to have a glossy or a matte finish?

Matte cards are smooth to the touch, but do not show fingerprints as easily as a glossy finish. We prefer matte, but many people associate gloss with superior quality.

6.Would you like straight or rounded corners?

Straight corners are the pointy corners of any traditional postcard and rounded corners are exactly what they sound like--rounded. We prefer rounded corners, as they just look so darn classy! However, rounded corners CANNOT BE MAILED AS A POSTCARD with the USPS and must be mailed within an envelope. 7.Are you planning on mailing out your cards, without envelopes, as postcards?

If yes, we'll print a standard postcard layout on the back of your card for easier addressing and guaranteed conformity with the US Postal Service's postcard regulations.

8.Write out the text of your card, exactly as you would like it to be worded, paying careful attention to any names and dates.

Make sure you include ALL of the wording you would like on the card, starting with "Save the Date" for a Save the Date and so on. Also remember, we'll work our best to make any wording look great within your design, so don't feel limited by the sample wording shown on our site. 9.Write the full address of where you would like your printed cards to be sent.

Don't worry, you will be sent an online sample of your card to be approved by you before printing and shipping. All of our cards are shipped via UPS Ground at no cost to you, but this means that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes unless you are positive that your P.O. Box can accept UPS shipments.

10.Attach your photo(s) to your email.

Due to the high quality of our printing, we need a HIGH QUALITY (full resolution) file to work with. This means that we need the ORIGINAL file that came off of your digital camera or Photo CD, not an image that has been resized for the internet. When viewed at full size, your photo should be larger than you can see on your computer screen without scrolling. If you need any help with photo files, email us at StellaStarDesigns@gmail.com or just send us your completed form answers and photograph and we'll let you know if we're having any problems with the quality. If you are ordering a design that requires more than one photograph, but are only allowed to attach one file to your email, you can send the additional photographs in additional emails. We accept ANY type of image file.

That's all! Once we've received your e-mail, you should expect to hear back from us within 24 hours with an update on your commissioned design! Most commissioned designs are completed in 2-4 business days in order in which they were paid.

Your commissioned design is exclusive to you, but we reserve the right to sell reasonably similar designs on our site at any time in the future.
